Providing homes and care for our senior clients.

Adult Family Care (AFC) pertains to a residential care program ideal for individuals deemed unsafe to live alone but do not need the support level provided in a group residential setting. Seniors seeking AFC have the option to reside with a host family or remain at home with their loved ones who provide daily care and support.

The care management team at Golden Days Social Circle will determine the eligibility of individuals seeking Adult Family Care in Harvard, Massachusetts, by evaluating their physical, psychological, and medical needs.
