Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, senior centers, and referral partners.
• Represent Golden Days AFC at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Promote the agency’s services through outreach initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with social media, marketing materials, and community awareness efforts.
• Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities.
• Track outreach activities and prepare regular reports.
• Support the agency’s growth by increasing community engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Health, or a related field preferred).
• Previous experience in marketing, community outreach, sales, healthcare, or customer relations is preferred.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for serving the community and building meaningful relationships.
